Ok so reading some reviews apparently ati changed it's card line up name and rebranded this 6000 model cards this 6850 is the actual replacement for the 5770 but way outperforms the 5770 and is more comparable to the 5830 this card is now ati's mid game range card and the 6900 is there high end cards. I decided to purchase this card after a youtube video showing the differences between this model card by powercolor and a 5770 running on crysis all high settings this card (the his 6850) was easily 50% better. It has 1gb of ddr5 memory 256bit memory interface it is a 2.1 pci-express slot which can also fit in a 2.0 slot were I am currently using it on, supports eyefinity with an additional display port adapter and 2 dvi ports you can game with 3 monitors at once although with this card not sure if on high/max setting is possible maybe in crossfire. I am currently running bfbc2 on max settings multiplayer and single player without a hiccup most of my lag comes from weak servers. I plan on using fraps and recording some of my gameplay which this card is very capable of. One thing to note is this does not have an enclosed fan so all the heat is placed back into your case I have a micro-atx case so this was a problem had to upgrade my fans now my case sounds like a jet engine. All in all I am very satisfied with the cards performance I would recommend it should run all the latest and greates games as long as you have the right hardware, memory, cpu, harddrive yes this all plays into the performance of the card. Don't complain if you have this setup on a pentium4 with 2gb of memory cause you can't max your games out.

Downloaded newest drivers/software from AMD website, snapped this puppy in, installed the drivers/software, not a single hitch. This baby works great. Plays streaming HD and blu rays without a hiccup. Set Crysis to Very High and again, not a hiccup. Very fast! We'll see how it handles Crysis 2.
